Please note all returns will need to be sent with recorded delivery. You must cover the cost of return postage yourself. Please ensure that the parcel is appropriately packaged. You can download your returns form at the bottom of this page.
All purchases must be returned and with us within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please note, you must cover the cost of postage returns yourself. Please send your item recorded delivery and keep your receipt. This will be your proof of postage if you item happens to go missing during postage. If you do not keep this and your item does go missing, we will unfortunately be unable to refund you for your order.

Please note if you return your item your 20% profits will not be donated to our project collaboration at the time.
Refunds are issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to pay for your original order.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be back with you. It can take us a couple of days to process any returns we've received, and dependant upon your payment method it can take a little longer for refunds to be processed (e.g Paypal can take up to 10 working days to process their refunds). Unfortunately this part is our of our hands, however we will do everything our end as quick as possible in order for you to receive your refund ASAP!
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we are so so sorry! Please feel free to email us at support@wildsoulsofficial.co.uk with a photo of the damage or the incorrect item you received, as well as your order number within 14 days of delivery. We’ll then sort this issue for your asap!
